SOLAR SETTER

This job is a competitive solar setter position. You will learn about the solar industry in and outside of the Carolinas, and how to interact with consumer clients. We promote from within, so there is plenty of room to grow into other positions within the company, thus making more money. We are a small company, putting people first, especially our staff. WHAT WOULD I DO?

You will be going from home to home knocking on doors and educating homeowners about how solar energy can benefit them, along with the government incentives that are available in the greater Charlotte area. If the homeowner is interested in learning more, and potentially buying a solar package, you would set up an appointment so that someone comes and talks to them about it. 

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

  • $15 per hour + uncapped commissions, expecting to reach $700-$1000 within your first few weeks

  • You will be a W2 essential employee 

  • Employee elected benefits after 90 days

  • In-house PAID training with loads of resources to learn from

NONPROFIT OUTREACH

This job is a nonprofit community outreach position. You will learn how different nonprofit campaigns work, how to build an effective team, and how to become a leader. We promote from within, so there is plenty of room to grow into other positions within the company, thus making more money. We are a small company, putting people first, especially our staff. WHAT WOULD I DO?

We partner with local businesses to represent nonprofit organizations at small personal
events around the Charlotte Metro area. We bring awareness to the projects our nonprofits are most
passionate about, and inform the community on ways to help. Because this is an entry level position,
no industry specific experience is required.
